From Harrismith all was well and rosey until people were forced to change buses and stuffed like potatoes not being mindful that there are old people in that bus. Traveller's moved from luxury bus to a bus that one can hardly hear when somebody calls due to poor condition of the bus with no branding of Intercity Express. People were forced to even seat with luggage and see to it how they find space. Terrible experience. This time around I'm intentionally going to travel with my fone on and ready to expose the poor treatment and condition traveller's are placed on by this organisation.
