Bus heater must be upgraded it’s winter now and staff needs to improve!!! And bus was 100% loaded it’s covid

Eldo Coaches hasn't been offering the best of services but I have kept using it till this far. But, last night was my last straw. Nevermind that the bus was old, the air-condition wasn't working and since we were traveling in the wee hours of the morning, it was freezing ice cold. I was wearing extra clothes, caring a fleece blanket but I still froze. The girl I sat with my trembling, I thought she was gonna freeze to death. The bus driver had to wrap a blanket around him while driving(unsafe) but had choice. I have had it😠😠never again am I using your bus.

I am unhappy with the bus driver and bus attendant's professionalism.The bus was supposed to leave at 11:55p.m in Pietermaritzburg yesterday (19/12), instead, the bus arrived in Pietermaritzburg at 1:20a.m today (20/12). They didn't even have the decency to apologize, the driver said why must he apologize when it states when booking that the bus might be late. Even after calling the call centre to find out where the bus was, the driver lied that he was 15km away but still took ages to arrive. I was even shocked while traveling and they had a conversation about our complaint, the driver again said, "Who do they think they are, who must apologize to who?" How rude and unprofessional. I have always preferred intercape. Never again!!!😠😠

We arrived in Midrand over two hours later than the given arrival time and the driver only notified us of the timetable change on arrival. We asked at the bus station in Pietermaritzburg to confirm the arrival time and they confirmed the same time as given on the ticket However this time was 2 hours earlier than the “new” timetable. There was a huge inconvenience when arriving in Midrand in terms of transport from there. Very unprofessional and disappointing. The bus itself was very clean and the experience would have been a great one had the correct information been given.
