Trash, the bus arrived one hour late and the driver had a nasty attitude that stank, do BETTER

Everything about the trip. It was so peaceful until we reach our destination. Customer care on point. Driver n assistants were friendly. I would love to use their services again 💃 💃 💃

Didn't enjoy anything. Bus came late and we were left waiting in the cold for more than half an hour. Then the driver was driving so slow and stopping for a long time at rest stations. Then when we got to PMB the driver got lost and kept on driving in circles. Got to our destination 3 hours later than what was written in the ticket.

What I didn't enjoy is the fact that it took 2hours over the time we were supposed to reach out destination

I did not enjoy why we had one driver? Second why we waited for 45 minutes for people who didn’t see the time?

Bus was supposed to arrive at 10:00 and it only arrived at 11:30. But the trip was smooth and the driver very punctual

There's nothing I enjoyed. One the bus was 45 minutes late. Two I didn't get the sit I had to stand with my own two feet. Three the time we finished buying food when we came back to the bus it was locked we had to wait outside while freezing to death. Four the driver was slow which made us arrived late. Lastly we arrived 2 hours and 30 minutes late. The time I arrived at my stop it was already dark which made me not safe and I almost didn't get the taxi because of the time.

I enjoy that has rest room but unfortunately rest room was not clean did not have water and it wz late

Bus was late and the driver got lost 3 times taxi's where finished had to borrow money to request

The driver of the bus is good driver. Comfortability of the chairs. Charging point Air conditioner kept us cool all the time. Toilets was clean. Keep up the good work

Very bad, the bus was freezing cold and heater was not working, the toilet we’re smelling and dirty

As it was my first time traveling with big sky, but my journey was super fantastic
