Find coaches from Harrismith to Durban

I am not happy at all. I was at the garage bt 6:20 waited almost 2 hours for a bus

Driver was nice, my only issue was the seat space i'm a big guy and sitting uncomfortable on one site for the whole 300km till we reach Durban beach.

Bus was very late, It arrived in durban station at 17h50, I had a huge problem trying to find transport to proceed to my destination

The bus was 45min late and there was no notification and no one was reachable either.

I never been disappointed like this, I payed R250 for my trip but the was no return when I reported I won't be able to continue with the I had a little problems at work, very bad service and please resolve the issue

The bus never arrived at Montrose Shell to pick me up. I had to make alternative arrangements as I am catching a flight from Ushaka to Cape Town at 5.30

Tried to cancel the trip but your app wouldn't allow me, so my money was wasted.

Everything was okay except that some passengers lost their luggage, next time please have tages for luggage's please

The bus was late, no one knew what bus to get on as there were 3 intercity busses at the same pick up location, the drivers were not helpful with directing passengers or assisting them with their luggage, I myself may be able to handle loading and unloading my own heavy luggage but to leave the elderly to handle that on their own is unexceptable. The lack of care from the drivers was unbelievable, even going so far as to being rude to an elderly passenger who complained about the lack of assistance with her ticket and luggage and almost leaving passengers behind due to the confusion of which bus they were meant to be on as the tickets do not indicate this.

I did not enjoy this trip as the bus broke down on the way and we had to wait for another bus which we did not know will arrive when bt I'm happy that the bus staff were able to reassure us,Big up to them👏👌

It was very comfortable and everything was working, from fan to charging ports.

bus was late, call Centre was not available to answer why the bus was late and where it was stucked.

The experience was just horrible. The driver was very rude and talked to us like we're not well in the head.
