It was very awful and very disappointing.it was a very uncomfortable ride for a 22 hour ride we only rested twice between Pretoria and Capetown and the driver kept on blasting the heater and the aircorn on full even when passengers kept on telling them to switch them off because the needed neither of the above it was a very good weather throughout the journey.

Very bad travelling with Intercape no toilets in the bus no charging ports driver had to stop everytime when commuters want to answer call of nature which resulted in late arrival, never will I travel with Intercape

The service was very great. The temperature in the bus was very favorable. We had plastic bags for trash even though we didn't have them most of the trip but it's a nice gesture.

Buses were very clean and the seats are spacious enough for a long trip but problem is not all the seats were able to recline which was really bad for a long trip

i didnt enjoy because the bus broke down - delayed our trip, bus was moving to slowly after experiencing a technical failure. aircons were not working

Hi I missed my bus cause no announcement was made that the bus dropping of people from Polokwane is the bus that will take the people from Pretoria to Joburg to board the bus to Cape Town there was no communication however when I arrived I went in to their office to check in @15:48 I was told the bus is running late I can have a seat and just have to show the driver my booking on the phone as it was booked online I asked if it's fine if I sit on the bench infront of the off sure they said they will come out and announce never I ended up without a bus and they just said the bus is gone when I went back in at 16:45 to ask so what time is this bus finally going to be here?so I lost my money and had to go find another bus paying for a new ticket at inter cape I am so,so upset really

The service is okay even the staff members are fine the problem the bus took too long

The drivers where very nice and treated us with kindness. They drove very well. On time the bus was late and also the arrival time was was 2hours more. But we arrived safely and the journey was pleasant

The bus was well driven and fairly comfortable however I didn’t understand the delays and the toilet didn’t have any toilet paper and it smelled from the get go.

The fact that you don't stop at petrol stations that have affordable fast food restaurants e.g KFC. Now we have to buy at these petrol stations kiosk with ridiculous high prices which most of us can't afford. It's like you're starving us. Otherwise the driver was good, they drove well and ensured that we arrive alive not fast as they promised. I love the fact that the charging pots are working also. Give us plastics to litter please and fix your stops issues.Try to at least accommodate those that can't afford the petrol stations kiosk. I can't be buying a small pie and water for R70 in total that's ridiculous.

Good evening, firstly my bus ticket departure time was 6pm yet the bus left at 5pm🤔. Secondly the bus didn't have toilet inside😍😍, what a shane for a long distance trip without it. Dissappointed.

They were not on time, we arrived late to our respective destination, not as per our expected arrival time

The bus was clean and the drivers were all helpful and always checking if everyone has returned after the short stops.

Wi never ever use this bus in my life 🤞. Since yesterday on the bus I missed my meeting because of it. Am still on the bus even now not even half way to Cape Town never and never again use this bus

I didn't enjoy at all their facility was bad and everyone complained from Pretoria to Cape Town, they can atleast offer better bus for such a long trip.

Bus condition perfect. Only one driver delay our trip he didn't want to drive because he had arguments with one of passengers. We waited begging him for almost 2 hours hooo until other drive decided to drive, I think it was not his turn yet. The very short man was suspicious drunk he sleept immediately till Beufoth west. Joooo Hai APM shame. I rest my case .Tell where is customer service must we all delay because of one person who already apologize

The bus arrived 2hrs late without any prior notice for the delay or new arrangements, we were very angry but our drivers cooled us down by their sense of humor and by driving us so nice even though we arrived late than expected, we were happy for our safe arrival and they even made sure we know where we are going, I really salute them and advice the company to keep them as they'll save them customers

My bus was for 11am and it got cancelled 3hrs before departure, I missed all my engagements that was suppose to attend on Sun morning and lost all my money. The bus was overloaded, I could barely move my legs. I was forced to pay extra money for my suitcase that weighed less than 22kg and it was for the 2 of us. According to the T&Cs for APMWC doesn't mention anything about paying for luggage or size of a bag one should have. My experience with APMWC was worse and traumatic, driver was even rude with my daughter and shouting at her.

First of all I Called ramola and I have advised them that there is no such station in pretoria and they were acting as if they are going to assist but there was no assistance so please tell me how can we resolve this
