The bus arrived an hour late .I even assume that it was gone because I arrived at departing station 2minutes after departure time.

The experience experience was good because we had amazing drivers who drove very good from Harrismith to JHB but punctuality was the only problem as they were 2-3 hrs late. Beside this everything was amazing.

Better next when making bookings, we should book seats because it was two of us and we had to be separated, apart from that it was good.

I didn't get the bus, and waited for 6 hours outside in the cold and rain until morning.

I did not enjoy anything, it was horrible. I was supposed to be picked up at Montrose Ultra City 12 15 am but all the buses that came around that time were full and the rude drivers who only spoke in Zulu told me they don't have pick-ups. I only got into one bus around 2 am, after telling one driver that I did not mind standing only for him to offer me the seat for a Co-driver (a very uncomfortable seat).

The bus was 2 hours late. No concern from the drivers. Seems it’s normal for them.

I am very dissatisfied with the service. I booked a bus for 1h10 am and the bus got there 2h45. No one cared about my safety im really sad

Very disappointed. The call centre agent was helpful (when I finally got through) though she did not sound enthusiastic.

The bus wasn’t well equipped for the road as we were stuck on the side of the road for four hours. Furthermore, the water closet made the whole bus reek.
