The journey took longer than expected I was suppose to arrive at 16:35 and ended up arriving at 18:00 and also the toilet was smelling ever since we got inside the bus

The driver was really nice and thoughtful, however it was my second worst experience with the same “intercity express” the bus was an hour late, wasted another hour stuck on the road, I’d be understanding if it wasn’t my second time experiencing such with them. I don’t think I’ll ever book a trip with them again , respectfully. Even if it means paying extra…I’m willing to pay extra for convenience. With a different bus company obviously.

We had to wait for an hour cos we were told that we waiting for another bus that needs to take people to Johannesburg and still when the bus arrived it was for nothing cos that never happened. The toilet smell
