All very efficient
Very good experience
Good service good staff
Afwul service, a Heathrow - Plymouth coach couldn't take all people so we were promised another coach, but it only arrived 2 hours later which is just unacceptable
Route varied from expected but coach is comfortable and clean.
Late because a person had to be removed by police not bus company fault
All worked well
Overall very good service, even though a bit late.
It was a pleasant ride. Enjoyed the onboard entertainment.
The bus ride was fine and the bus being late was beneficial for me as my flight was delayed. I thought I had missed the bus but thankfully not.
Sound advice. Good journey.
Very little space, no legroom and narrow seat. I am tall but fairly normal weight. Very uncomfortable!
It’s been quite a long time since I’ve been on a National Express coach journey of such a length and I was delighted to find it to be such a simple and straightforward experience. Good seats, good communication from the driver, WiFi and air conditioning (although this switched off in the last stretch of the journey). All in all, a good experience!
Great service , excellent driver, not very comfortable and disappointed mobile phones were allowed. Very disturbing.
I was delayed and as a result I missed an important appointment in Plymouth with attendant huge financial lost.
late to depart and late to arrive!
It was a late pick up but they did make up time so we arrived according to the schedule. The seats are hard and very little leg room.
Not enough leg room.
the bus was too hot stopping the rest. it was five unpleasant hours
A good trip from Heathrow to Plymouth
Staff was very helpfull
Booked from Australia. Worked like clockwork. Would thoroughly recommend.
the bus was delayed by 90 mins but simply due to traffic. The drivers remained cheerful despite the frustrations. Well done. It was a bit hot on the bus though n
overall a good experience, but I had no clear instructions on the paper ticket how to get from Terminal 5 to the Central Bus station. I looked on the posts along bus stands 13,14,15 and it was not clear. I asked 2 bus drivers at stand 12 & 10 and they did not know and said that I have to go back inside terminal 5 and to the National Express ticket area. The automatic ticket places did not have the info. Then I waited in line to see a person and they finally could tell me that I should go to 13,14,15 but that it is the airport's fault not National Expresses fault that it is not clearly marked! . I almost missed my bus because of the delays due to this poor communication but did have a good trip eventually.
