No issues with national express. A pleasant experience
The price doubled as the time approached leaving time. That's not an appealing strategy.

Well! The bus was actually cancelled as it had broken down and passengers were told about this nearly 1hour after it was due to depart. So they did put us on a bus to Gatwick. Then things were good and they used a private minibus cab to transport us all to Brighton. The bus staff were very helpful. I arrived about 90 minutes late but it as no problem.

I will officially complain by letter to National Bus. I have used the service before and with out fault. Unfortunately this time things went a little different. I was advised to contact nation direct. The agent was horrible and condescending and cut my conversation off st every opportunity. I will dispute this with visa and refuse to pay the full fare. Had The agent just listened without interruption I am confident this would not have been necessary.
The worst thing was as a tired air traveller the signage for buses never mentioned National Express and the bus stops weren’t on my ticket. When I found the hard to find National Express office ( again no signage) they gave me the bus stop numbers. Very poor form and I’m English speaking.

Though the bus was an hour late in picking us up due to the traffic, the staff updated us regularly. The ride was excellent and I will travel by National Express again

Not run according to schedule. It's taken me 4.30 hours from Heathrow to Brighton and this crazy...😣😣
Overall it was a good reliable service...wifi isn’t great but your not in the internet business, that’s just a nice thing to have while on the journey
Staff was excellent but bus was late and broke down. But still got us to our destination so pleased with staff going out of their way to achieve that
I think for travellers it is really exhausting to spend two hours going around the two airports
I arrived early at LHRand was able to take the bus an hour early.Thanks.

Wifi and air conditioning was not working
The driver was extremely rude. He advised us not to get on the coach as they were not stopping at the destination we had booked to go to. This was a logistical nightmare; a passenger had to sit upfront and direct the driver through google maps. We ended up arriving at hove train station miles away from our desitnation where we had to pay additional money to get us to brighton. The drive took 3 1/2 hours from heathrow to hove. Absolute shambles, will be emailing head office asap!
