My trip has bee delayed by 40 min (I arrived in Winchester at 11: 55) as a result of long duration for the driver to handle the luggage for passenger. As such, the coach took 40 min (9:15 - 9:55) in the 1st stop Central Station, took another 30 min in Terminal 4 (10:10 -10:30) and took another 20 min in Terminal 5 (10:35 - 10:55). There was no other staff helping the driver and the driver was handling it slowly.
