I hated every moment , The bus which I was supposed to board never arrived, I had to board another lousy coach which left me in King stranded and I had to catch a taxi to Queenstown

The Clarity of not knowing that Eagle liner and Intercity is one Company as it cause an inconvenience when waiting for Eagle liner Bus.
On Intercity the Charger port is on Top which inconvenience short length cables and no induction for people to flush Toilets... and as for Intercity there is no refill on water service for flushing and hands hygiene
