The bus driver closed the bus door on my hand after he told me what what was hand doing on the door he is very rude i told him about my chair that was broken and he told me to shut up and sit down
poor service from the driver the seats are small and too close the is no room to stretch your legs most of all the bus didn't have toilet drivers they stop for 5 minutes all most left 3 passengers bad communicationb
Please let’s try not to change the time for instead I booked the bus for 17:00 in Queenstown by purpose then boom the time was changed to 19:00 so I was late to work 😏
The bus had problems, when it got to the station they had to cal someone to fix it and that made us leave late and when we stop in PE we left late and no one told us what was happening.
The service was awful, the was no order, the bus that we were supposed to board in denied because the bus was full, the driver was rude and left us in Queenstown, please investigate this.
The bus skipped Beaufort west.. And stopped at stations with no proper food my child was restless because she was hungry and with no toilet.. We arrived at CPT hungry.. Your drivers were only worried about their destination and not their passengers... We could have died of hunger shem
I would like to give ilula bus a second chance because of the nice receptionist in Queenstown she is so humble her name is Unathi she was the Best of the best
The service is brilliant hence I've been using the bus for all my travels, I only had a minor problem with the hovering aircon but I moved to another seat then I was good. Keep doing what y'all are doing 👊
it was my 1st experience as I own a car so the lateness made it a very bad one, arriving in Queenstown the bus was 5 hours late, arriving in Cape Town it was 7hours late, there were no Covid 19 measures followed, no sanitisation, no enforcement of wearing a mask, drivers themselves were not wearing masks, a total disaster for me and sadly I will never set my foot on Ilula busses again.
It was so good but first it started as driver was driving on hire speed but we ask him at least he must drive so fast because of some people were so scared
Eagle liner is thee most unreliable transportation I’ve ever took. Drivers are rude, covid 19 regulations were bot followed, no masks on passangers, bus was too full even their luggage was inside the bus. We had no rights what so ever we couldn’t choose our sits nor have enough toilet breaks without worrying about being left behind because your staff doesn’t even check us. There are cockroaches , the bus is unhygienic, people were drunk making the sober uncomfortable
I was disappointed to have been transferred to another bus while it was my first time booking the ilula bus. So I can never say I have the experience of the ilula bus
I'll never travel with illula bus again, Drivers don't give direction as to stops and when and for how long people must go to bathrooms or shops. Our driver was the worse people were crying in that bus because the speed that he was driving in was bad. The bus had a problem we were stuck for about 30min out of nowhere. Nothing was just ryt about my trip with ilula. Bad bad bad
The ladies that checks the tickets in Queenstown had a stinking attitude... Very bad attitude please talk to them otherwise next I won't be polite with them
Worst experience this time around. The bus was late and it broke down. There was no updates or clear communication with regards to getting help. I missed work the next day and ended up hiking cause i had to attend a meeting the next day. We literally slept at a garage in graaff reinet. The next day communication was better but still it took the entire day to get help
