Bus was suppose to leave from Queenstown at 17:00. Only arrived at 19:38 and left there at 19:55. No communication of delay was received - our employees had to sit and wait there for 2 hours not knowing what is going on.
According to the users, the bus service is generally comfortable and clean, with friendly staff who are open to assisting passengers. However, there have been some instances of buses arriving either late or earlier than scheduled. Despite these timing issues, many appreciate the overall quality of service provided.
Horrible, we paid for premium and we got the worst bus ever. No reclining. No space between seats. Absolutely cramped and hot. Charging ports in our chairs didn't work.
