It was my first time using Imperial Bus. Unfortunately, the timekeeping was poor, which was disappointing. However, I appreciated the comfortable ride, the friendly staff, and the working charging ports.
My biggest disappointment was the handling of luggage. I lost my luggage even though I had paid for it to be transported safely. This should never happen and reflects poor luggage management. I hope the company improves its service to ensure other passengers do not experience the same problem.
