Bus from Midrand to Durban: Tickets & Timetables

I excepted to travel to Durban & come back using intercape.to my surprise i was given the bus I didn't book tour tourliner. I felt insulted with your choice of which I will never and never again.

Beautiful bus very clean, all ports work toilet neat, they even have garbage disposal bags, absolutely stunning bus very safe and very peaceful, I'll definitely use thier service again.

I have enjoyed the trip, your stuff was very friendly and tried their best to make us feel welcome, a gentle gave us few tips before we left JHB the dose and don'ts🤭 but in all honesty friendly. The only challenge is recliner chairs that don't work, charging ports that need to be replaced, the air-conditioning really needs to be fixed,other than that, we had a safe journey.

Advantage our drive was very nice to the passengers disadvantaged the toilet was very dirty and smelling

I enjoy to go with intercity express and this bus is comfortable with a clean toilet inside,i can't wait to go again with it,this bus is mncwaaah

Well it was my first travel by bus, more specially long distance. The young well experienced driver makes me enjoy the trip and he suddenly took away all the fears and doubts, with his nice to listen RNB music 🎶 Guys I can recommend Inter City to anyone taking of my fir trip by the bus. The bus was moderately crowded but there was no charging ports which was a huge inconvenience

Bus arrived 30 minutes late, no communication from the bus line until calling in to ask.

Everything about the Eagle Liner is bad, today I had booked for 6h30 and the bus arrived at 7h30…..1 hour late🙀

Bus was late, suspension was bad and bus was quite literally vibrating the whole ride , seat recline function lever was broken so forced to sit reclined,

I will always choose Greyhound,the sits are comfortable,the staff is friendly and I always arrive safely when using Greyhound

Comfortable seats, love the USB charge point and aircon. Toilets could have been cleaner as trip went on.

The bus was clean, with enough leg room and ability’s to adjust the seat for comfort. The charging pods were functional, even the air conditioning. However the delay was immensely frustrating. The bus came 20 minutes late and waited by another station for almost 30 minutes.

I booked for my daughter and when we were at the bus station we were told she is not on list, turned out she's on a list of a different bus which is citiliner while we booked with Greyhound, she was asked to go the offices and sort it out at night in park station offices and she's only 18, traumatic

Great, I booked without realising it had stops along the way which I was not aware of. I normally like to book the straight bus that doesn’t pass anywhere however it wasn’t a huge issue but would have been nice to know the stops before hand

I was adviced that the bus would pick me up at Engen Midrand one stop garage I got there earlier until I reliased that the time has passed when I called I was told it was a different one as they have North and South which was not indicated on the ticket I lost my money.

It was the worse experience ever, the bus was late to pick us up, it was extremely hot as the aircon was not working the seat belt message kept going on, the bus had a bad smell, to top it all of we were 2 hours late on drop off, as the ticket said we would arrive at 5:35am however we arrived far after 7am, I missed a very important appointment. I am extremely dissatisfied. We did not even have a proper bathroom break on an almost 12 hour trip.

The seats were very comfortable and toilet nice and clean however the driver did not keep us informed when he took another route due to an accident, we arrived an hour late for work. Just glad to be home safe.
