Bus from Bulawayo to Johannesburg: Tickets & Timetables

Bus still has not arrived in Johannesburg. Not acceptable. Missed onward connection. Not happy. 🥲🥲🥲

The Bus broke down just 40km from depature and we had to wait for 2 hours before we continue and we are still at the border we havent arrived at the destination

Loved the Aircon, spacious reclining seats. Didn't like the toilet door kept banging open and couldn't close, bus travelled at a low speed.

Did not depart on time but it was there

I always enjoy my travels with Swiss I do understand that the delays experienced are normally beyond their control and the couriers always try their level best to ensure passengers are fully catered for.

My family and I had a very bad experience with this bus service No18 our language went missing when we arrived in Byo 19th December just one out of 5 of us had their language and until today we still haven't recovered all of it. The service was very poor being bounced from one person to the other no care at all not to mention the way back to SA on bus No 04 worst of them all the bus had a faulty toilet which stunk all the way no Aircon we were told there was no gas to get it functional it's unfortunate that we already had return tickets trusting that it was safe and comfortable but none of that all disappointing service I will not using or recommending this bus ever such a ripe off

Everything was top notch,l highly recommend this bus We left the country with Bhuti Siya and came back with him and Bhuti Nkosi The drivers were all kind and professional.

Good service, punctuality, comfortable bus where everything worked, responsible kind drivers and staff.

The booking was easy, the bus left on time, the bus was clean, air-condition did work, no stoppages because of mechanical issues, the driver was experienced and mostly kept the speed limit, all was fine and I will book again with Intercity

The bust was late, we left at 4:30pm. Its currently 10:20am the next day and we are still on the road. One of the drivers was rude to us and kept on shouting at us

Timewise they are good but the fact that they pick people along the roaf poses a threat to passengers

It was of the worst experience…it was my first time but the bus kept on having too many problems firstly it was a break down ..secondly there was no conductor,thirdly no prayer was made before we left last part we were told to change the bus when we got to the garage

I arrived for depature on the 1st of January 2 hours before the bus depture and i was advised that there was no available buses to travel by, this incovenience has caused a delay in my planning, the staff were unproffessional in adressing this matter. In the future i will not be travelling with this bus and i would not recommend anyone to use Mzansi
