The bus and services were good the problem was the driver not wanting people to buy food 😔 it's all about enjoining the trip and us paying money so please I don't recommend Swiss if you're a good person

Very bad service. We had to change buses 3 times in 1 trip and some passengers had to sit on the floor all the way to Zimbabwe because they changed us into a smaller bus than the first one.
According to user feedback, the service provided was excellent in terms of comfort and communication. However, there were reports of significant delays with a four-hour wait being noted as particularly problematic. Despite this issue, one review highlighted that the overall experience surpassed expectations compared to other well-known bus services.
