The arrival time at Pietermaritzburg was one hour late. More time was spent in Johannesburg Park Station.

Very poor the bus was supposed to leave midrand 9 pm it was late 15 min , then in JHB had to change tyre only left at 11pm only to break down in Montrose we stayed in bus for more 4 hrs waiting for new bus I am really unhappy

The bus was comfortable,the sit was very fine, the way drive was driving the he have experience of the night I really enjoyed my trip

I was from Midrand going to PMB. Bus arrived an hour late. They stopped twice to change us from one bus to another. The driver almost left someone who went to the shop, saying the 15 min break is over. Before leaving people behind, they should check the arrival time properly.

Bus was and hour late and I was not informed about the delay. Otherwise the driver was very respectful and drove safely

The bus arrived late at big bird. We ended up leaving park station at 12.55. This busliner is very unprofessional definitely not worth the money they're charging. I wouldn't recommend it.

I hope so, but first impression last longer. In future, please the passengers are not suppose to be not monitored when taking their laggages. They might take what not belonged to them. Our bus was 7:30 from Midrand to 1:15 in Pietermaritzburg but we ended up being in Pietermaritzburg at 15:15

The lady that was checking tickets at Heidelberg was very rude ! The bus driver was respectful drove carefully and treated passengers with respect !

Did not enjoy anything. Bus was very dirty, fleas were biting me. Too many stops and drop offs enroute, time delay by over an hour.

Literally felt like I had bought the lowest business ticket as the service was the worst I've ever experienced 🙃 😫. Bus was late 15 minutes and it wasn't our bus it was going to leave us at park station to midrand as it was still getting washed. When it got there only to discover it had technical issues. We spent a further 2 to 3 hours waiting for our new bus filling in for this one. The communication was bad as well from the driver

The buses where 2 hours delayed slow service. The charges in the bus were not working properly

I absolutely can't believe that the trip from JHB to PMB took us more than 9 hours. The driver was very arrogant and rude to the passengers and not to mention how road unworthy the bus was, no air conditioning, the door couldn't fully close and also no charging stations

The bus was in good condition and comfortable. Let alone the driving skills of the driver. I’ve travelled with buses before but I’ve never felt safe and secure ever in my life! Keep up with the good work Big Sky Coaches.
