Improve on time hygiene purposes and communication if the bus is delayed

1. The bus was late.
2. The seat I was seating on the bus was very uncomfortable, it kept going backwards even though I had adjusted it.
3. We had so many stops & the driver would not tell us anything. It was really irritating considering that the bus was already late.
I will never use this bus again, very unprofessional, the worst service ever. It was my first and last time using it. Very inconsiderate, we had wait 2 hrs for the bus, with no proper explanation of why and who we waiting for, it's nonsense.
I have nothing to say except I'm disappointed at eldo coaches and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

The bus was on was time departure and arrival,
The bus was late because of road construction it's not the drivers fault. .
Only disappointment was not having to charge my phone coz on my seat it wasn't working...
Work should notify passengera if buss is late

Was not happy because social distancing was not done. The seat next to me was fuelled. The bus seats are on top of each other. There was no room between me and the seat next to me. On top of each other. Not according to covid-19. There was also no charging facility as stated there will be.

I have sent my view via email in that they need to address some of the issues I raised . I had an unpleasant experience. Bus was leaking at upper deck and was not assisted to upgrade my ticket to take a different seat. So, I’m really not happy.

The bus trip was fine. It was just too hot in the bus and the 2nd driver did not switch on the aircon at all whereas the first driver kept the temperature regulated as he would switch the aircon on when it was getting hot and stuffy then switch it off when it was getting cold.

Aircon not working properly. Waiting in a very hot squashed bus whilst waiting for other passengers, engine off, no air. Very uncomfortable seats. Same Zulu music playing the entire trip. I booked on a maiinlner and was put on a budget liner.

Friendly and courteous staff and the sleepliner was, comfortable
Apparently i was supposed to be on the bus at 19:00 but the time on the ticket was 21:09. but the bus driver allowed me still. Please do make sure the times on the ticket is CORRECT. Imagine if the bus driver wasn't kind i should have been left behind. PLEASE. BUS 8108 is the one i travelled with. My bus was B1033 and i paid R380. But am still DISAPPOINTED.
