Bus from Midrand to Pietermaritzburg: Tickets & Timetables

The bus didn't come on time, and we were redirected to the other bus. The driver was rude saying he is on time.

The bus was in good condition and very warm, i was a bit unhappy with 45 minutes delay, but the service was worth the wait

I took the intercape bus after 5 years and when I last did.. the driver would always say 15mins break at the halfway stop otherwise he will leave. . So this time was the same. By the time we use the toilet 10 mins is already gone. I was so scared with my child that we didnt get anything to eat thinking the bus would leave... only to realize he lied and we rushed back..they should be honest with time limits. Some of us are traveling with children and it isnt humane to lie. I wont take this bus again

the driving is top Tier but they deceiving in the sense of time to arrive at our destination and route. When we book they mention Harrismith as a stop Montrose when stop to have a break never was there a stop in Ladysmith all of a sudden we heading into Ladysmith if we had know that you'll going to Ladysmith we would have booked a different Bus and in Harrismith we waiting for passengers who arnt there. Which i feel is unfair cause if im 5mins late at Big bird we'll be left yet other people get special privileges. Its unfair!!!

It was good and the driver's assistant was very professional. The only issue was the heater it was on the whole time even though the weather became warmer.

The bus was late by 1 hour then we were taken to a bus depot and we waited there for 2 hours with no communication whatsoever, when the bus finally left we were then told to change buses in Heidelberg mall and had to now offload our luggages and move them to the other bus🚮

Had a bad experience, the seats were too small, did have enough space , including the passage in the bus, was not comfortable the whole way

Sits are comfortable, Toilets are clean and good, the driver was so patient and professional good driver I can say

Perfect,although they can improve on time spent in Johannesburg, it's little to much.

Firstly, the bus that picked us up from midrand was apparently not the bus travelling to my booked for destination, so when we got to Joburg station we had to connect to a different bus that was then travelling to PMB. So the bus left at 17:30, secondly, the driver was driving nonsense, eating in between trips, stopping to grab his snack from outside the car, on the phone we almost crashed.

I enjoyed a spacious seating in the bus as I was travelling at night and the driver had a courtesy to direct me to the basement and I was touched by his gesture. what i did not like was that, the was not properly cleaned and some seats adjusting buttons were not operating as well as phone charging ports. Generally i had a lovey trip.

Very bad the bus come to my station already full and refuse to help me get to their off offices

I won't ever again ride with citiliner, it was very late and we stand more than an hour waiting for other driver to come so that they will exchange

Was not happy because social distancing was not done. The seat next to me was fuelled. The bus seats are on top of each other. There was no room between me and the seat next to me. On top of each other. Not according to covid-19. There was also no charging facility as stated there will be.

I didn’t enjoy and the bus was late by 2 hours some of us live far from town the drivers don’t think about thề clients safety

The bus was in good condition and comfortable. Let alone the driving skills of the driver. I’ve travelled with buses before but I’ve never felt safe and secure ever in my life! Keep up with the good work Big Sky Coaches.
