I did not realise that the national express does not leave from Reading coach station so once there was told I needed a new ticket- please highlight in red that this bus leaves from the middle of the highway (M4) and not from town centre.
National bus ok but FR201 is not good
Very hot and uncomfortable journey but was quick
Very pleasant experience
Good transport but bus was 20 minutes late collecting and arrived late at the airport
Finding the stop was difficult but my bus journey was decent.
The bus never even turned up, I ended up paying £50 for a taxi to Heathrow. Absolute shambles
The bus was almost an hour behind schedule and I almost missed my plane from Heathrow due to that. Won’t take the bus again
The bus took a 45 minute break as there were not replacement driver which made the bus journey almost an hour late to Heathrow. It was close that I missed my flight. This could have been avoided. It is very bad practice!
Bus was 40 Min late, luckily the trip only took 25-30 Min compared to the 50 min it said it would take on the website. When others busses came by and we asked the drivers if another bus was coming to pick us up and going to Heathrow, they had no clue.
