Expected more but delivered unsatisfactory service. Waited in the cold for 1hr + for my coach to arrive on time but was late.
Easy to book on line Bus arrived and delivered on time, good value, very happy first time customer
National Express delivered exactly what they promised. The bus was clean, comortable and on time. The driver was helpful and polite and the whole experience took all the hassle out of driving to and parking at Heathrow, not to mention the costs in doing so yourself. A much more relaxing way of starting a holiday.
The driver is very helpful and friendly
The driver was very helpful, the bus was for 25minutes due to an accident as we were told, everything was fine.
Bus stop at lay-bys in Calcot Road needs to have a National Express sign, preferably large, but anything would be better than nothing!
Your driver was very helpful. We didn’t really speak to him u til the end of the journey but a very nice guy. We wished him well on his upcoming wedding in November Loraine Eyley
It was very good. The driver was courteous and all went well.
My book bus has been canceled .My group must to take the next bus
Lovely relaxed journey. Will definitely use National Express again
It was very good I thought the pick up point Mereoak needed should have a toilet and it’ll place to get a Coffee as when the bus 🚌 s late it’s cold and could do with a warm drink and need of a WC
40mins late, unacceptable for an airport route.
It was good. Staff was friendly
Never had worse experience! My coach has never arrived! And it was a Christmas Day! Apparently driver has missed the stop! However no-one has got in touch to let me know that I should stop waiting for a coach! Disaster
I did not realise that the national express does not leave from Reading coach station so once there was told I needed a new ticket- please highlight in red that this bus leaves from the middle of the highway (M4) and not from town centre.
National bus ok but FR201 is not good
Very hot and uncomfortable journey but was quick
Very pleasant experience
Good transport but bus was 20 minutes late collecting and arrived late at the airport
Finding the stop was difficult but my bus journey was decent.
The bus never even turned up, I ended up paying £50 for a taxi to Heathrow. Absolute shambles
The bus was almost an hour behind schedule and I almost missed my plane from Heathrow due to that. Won’t take the bus again
The bus took a 45 minute break as there were not replacement driver which made the bus journey almost an hour late to Heathrow. It was close that I missed my flight. This could have been avoided. It is very bad practice!
