The bus should have been cleaner. There was trash on the floor
I am very satisfied and traveled with Condor Bus now several times
The bus was dirty and smelly and also we arrived an hour later than expected in La Serena..
Bus was extremely late getting to la Serena
Clean amd comfortable
All went well, but the bus was rather dirty. The curtains and seats especially.
We needed to Chang the business because the first one was broken.
Was okay information where departure was not good
Waaaaaaay to hot air in the bus! Usually it's too cold, but this night was like a fire in the bus! Waaaaay to much!!
Bus was old and smelly. Seats were dirty. No real authorised stops but they did put on two movies in the screen which i enjoyed
I am going to file an offical complaint of the horrible bus ride.
Very comfortable and a smooth ride. Bus broke down half way and we had to wait for an additional 90 minutes.
Most everything was fine. Departed a few minutes early. WiFi did not work and AC was sporadic. Arrived 40-45 minutes late. This was expected as the traffic was heavy thru Valpariso and Vina Del Mar
Not a great bus line. The seats were uncomfortable, the bus was incredibly hot and they do not provide a meal or water.
Staff were professional. Bus was clean. But it stopped at every tin-pot village to pick-up and drop-off passengers. End result - two and a half hour delay in arrival at destination. No food or drinks provided (as is customary on many Chilean bus trips) We thought we were getting an express bus from Valparaiso to La Serena and instead we got, an albeit clean, but local bus experience.
