Although it was a long journey because of highway closures the drivers did their best to get us to our destination. I unfortunately did not collect my luggage (totally my fault) and had to get help to get it back and they were extremely helpful in reuniting me with my luggage. Very much appreciated.

I can't be refunded for a trip home. I had an emergency and paid for a ticket back to Abbotsford from Vernon a day early. I originally paid for a trip to Vernon and return. I had to leave early and haven't been able to speak to anyone. The reason I just purchased a separate ticket is because the man on the phone didn't understand what I was saying and he was getting more and more confused. So I just purchased a new ticket.
