The bus was on time; smooth journey; however the seat allocations were not adhered to and our seats were taken when we got on the bus, assuming that seating was free for all we took two seats, only to be asked to move by passengers who had reserved those seats, the assistant on the bus made no effort to help us reorganise the other passengers who were then displaced by us as a consequence. Other passengers should not have to deal with this, it should be the job of employees of Alsa, not the passengers.
