I enjoyed not having to have the stress of driving in snowy weather. I felt comfortable and knowing that the driver was professional . I did not like having to stand out in the cold while waiting to transfer buses in Kamloops . I felt especially bad for the elderly people that had to lug around bags from one bus area to another.
