Didn’t end up getting on the bus due to it being so late, didn’t get notified of it being late, ended up calling the company to find out where it was and it was still going to be a long while away, so cancelled and get a taxi
I was told the bus was going to be late and it would leave at 9:10. I arrived there 10 minutes early and waited for 2 hours and no bus came. I then had to arrange another ride to Vancouver which was very inconvenient and I ended up missing my event in the evening.
It was horrible. Bus was late by almost 90 minutes and nobody texted or called informing me of this. I waited out in the freezing weather and missed my connecting epic rides to Whistler which is always on time.
The bus ride was fine but it was 90 minutes late. No apology. When I called I was told the bus would arrive "any minute" but it was still 30 minutes. Don't lie. Just be honest.
My flight from Mexico was delayed, thus, I missed my bus. I called Ebus in the afternoon to alert them to my situation. The staff offered no alternative assistance. Once I reached the airport I called again. And, again, no assistance. In fact, this time, the employee with Whom I spoke, was almost rude.
I was expecting the bus to be waiting for me in Abbotsford at 10:05 pm. I waited until until 25 after went into the airport to see if I could rent a car. I tried twice to call the number on ticket and then the customer service number inside on Tourist info booth, same message, they were closed for the day.
I tried to look online to see if there was an update on the GPS where the bus was.
The driver was good and he had a very talkative and weird young man fromCloverdale chatting with driver all the way into Vancouver. That same kid questioned me non stop with personal question earlier at the bus stop.
It doesn’t matter that it was late. They accommodated last mi Ute changes, and I m sure the reason they were late wasn’t their fault. The driver was super kind and helpful! Would definitely take this bus again!!!
I love ebus, but they’re usually out of wifi and sometimes the luggage unloading is a bit confusing. It’d be helpful if the driver let us know what stop we’re at when we get there!
The airport had no signage for ebus. The bus was an hour late. The first time I called the 1800 number they had no info. The 2nd time I was told the bus was just turning onto our street. It was then still 20 more minutes. The driver was fairly grumpy.
After taking a taxi from Abbotsford airport to the Greyhound terminal @ 6:00pm we were not happy to discover the terminal closed at 3 or 3:30 pm.
Some kind soul had placed two slightly used kitchen chairs outside the terminal doors which we took advantage of until the bus arrived. By the time the bus had arrived we were frozen. It was such a treat to board the warm bus. Thank goodness it was on time.
The staff were friendly and positive. The traffic was terrible going, better coming back (not Greyhounds' fault). The seats are super uncomfortable, but they do provide (weak) wifi and charging stations by the seats. The setup in Vancouver is confusing and seems disorganized. They had a bus break down on a day of very heavy demand, and did their best to reorganize and get everyone going.
We didn't like having to wait outside of the terminal. The bus came 25 minutes late but we got to Vancouver in good time. Overall I would use this service again.
We arrived in Abbottsford early and asked to get on the earlier bus, 3:20. We’re told it cost $17 to change a $20 ticket! Asked the bus driver, he refused. Ended up taking the 4:00 bus, driver on that bus was great
The greyhound I booked (for a 1 hour trip) was delayed 3 hours due to the original bus having no AC. Throughout each part of the waiting process, staff continued to misinform passengers about the wait time, citing "1-1.5 hours" multiple times and then having passengers wait longer than that. I'm not upset about the delay, but about the lying that occurred
The bus ride was fine. The lady working at the abbotsford office seemed to be too tired and didnt really care about us customers. Few words and wasnt polite. I had to wait in the building for a couple hours and the place was SO HOT. Invest in AC for the summer. I had miscaluclated my plane times and missed my first bus ticket. was forced to buy another one where the lady working did not help in anyway. I am a student and every $ counts.
The bus came 1 hour late, however the bus driver tried to make up for it. 30 minutes late is not bad, but 1 hour and couple minutes not good. Overall the bus driver was respectful and professional.
