Great service. As a English speaker would love the break announcements in Spanish and English but I guess I need to learn Spanish. Did not know that there was a 45 minute break mid way. It was great but would have liked to know beforehand.
This particular trip was great but in general I've found alsa to be awkward, uncooperative and often pretty rude.
Very comfortable trip. Driver was helpful.
Excellent service second time I’ve done the trip and early enjoyed it
First driver (from alicante) he was just amazing...while second driver was owfull...
Un transporte seguro y agradable!
Super prix abordable
No enflish abrupr
Too powerful air conditioner. Ill busdriver.
Even though giving a seat number, rather allow passenger to sit down freely as to decrease time wasting and conflicts between passengers
Bus was great except toilet was plugged and last part of trip smell was terrible.
Very Good service just need WiFi. Thanx
Helpfull driver who wrote on paper info about the stop when I couldn`t understeand what he said to everyone using Spanish. The sits are ok. During the trip I could watch film. There were stops when I could go out and walk few minutes during 7 hours of sitting inside the bus.
super simple, easy, effective. Great job!
There is a real lacklustre attitude, with staff saying the bus will stop for five minutes, but still remaining there 30 mins later.
Very good quality seats
I had a really comfortable enjoyable trip. The driver was excellent and I was amazed at how peaceful it was on the bus.
Long journey but it went well
