here is the problem, cirst were having to stand out in the cold and rain which now i. feeling sick it showed up an hour late and only had 9 OPEN SEATS BUT THERE WAS OVER 25 people who had tickets and it didnt matter that im disabled and can hardly walk and cant without ky cane. prior to this the lady who runs the counter was really late as well, telling me yes go outside #10 your boarding now- because she was so late she didnt know what was going on. well i had a family member who was dropping off my niece in Phoenix at 5:30 at the airport and could pick me up but i had to be on time. so i had to hire an uber to go to San Bernardino to catch that bus i was supposed to transfer to which i barely did but paid $60 for the uber. i expect to be reimbursed the cost of the uber and hope its done without hassle.

This was the worse traveling trip I have ever had. The Greyhound bus was supposed to leave Anaheim at 7:55. It ended up leaving near 10:00am and they overbooked the bus so one guy had to wait for the next bus. Because we were late out of Anaheim, I missed my connecting bus in San Bernardino and had to wait 6 hours there for that bus as it was 4 hours late. Never again will I travel on Greyhound. FlixBus was way better.
