The return journey was terrible ...The bus missed the connection at san bernadino ..we were told there was not a bus to anaheim for 3 hours so walked backed to union station then caught a train .. 8.50$
The bus was late in departure which made my destination arrival time also late. I was not happy with that at all. Plus boarding procedure takes too much time compare to other carrier. Not sure if I will go back with Greyhound most likely I will go back to GotoBus
Bus was too old with no place to charge my phone as its long trip more than 6 hours..waiting area in las vegas was full whith no place t set otherwise sets was not comfortable at all..one of the staff in vegas names sofia i think was a very bad attitude when i tried to ask her about my ticket..office in anahiem was closed due to new year vacation so inwasnt able to get my ticket but the driver help me and i get it from the next station. .no sets numbers in bus so i just have to find any place to set..it wasn't a good experience to me..thanks
The bus service to Las Vegas from Anaheim was sadly appalling. The bust left the main terminal in LA a while hour late. It broke down en route to San Bernardino, where we were stranded for approximately 4 hours. The bus did not report until 6pm and we reached Las Vegas only at 10:30pm as a result, when we were scheduled to arrive around 5:30pm in Vegas. We were a family travelling with young children and this kind of service was no where near acceptable.
It is only the genuine professionalism of the bus driver that saved the day.
Our booking was departure 8:45am arriving at 11:10am. This was obviously an invalid time frame. Having booked from Australia I had know idea myself. Because of this I missed a booking at Las Vegas costing me $350. I will not use LUX bus again.
