Greyhound Chicago Houston recent customer reviews
The greyhound driver was totally unprofessional. I was put off one bus for a misunderstanding. Spent four hours in Little Rock waiting on another bus. Then missed my stop in Texarkana Bc the driver didn’t announce it. I’m still in the bus now just arriving at Houston
Great hospitality
The bus was delayed more than 3 hours. No one attempted to contact me to let me know. I spent 45 minutes on the phone before learning about the delay. I wasn't offered any apology or nothing. When we got on the bus it was freezing. We asked the driver to turn on the heat and he refused. It was a less than satisfactory ride. Very very very disappointed.
