My bus never showed up. I waited at the stop for three hours and ended up having to take three buses to get to seattle. Ended up getting home around 5:30 pm and not the expected 12:35 pm. No one could tell me why my bus didn’t show up.
Drive was nice and smooth, bus was nice. Driver wasn’t very helpful or responsive in answering questions. Didn’t even answer my question about if it was the right bus. But overall it was a good ride and smooth trip.
I had to take a $200 Uber to Seattle to catch my flight because Bolt Bus never showed up. I waited over 45 minutes after scheduled departure, bus never showed. I called Bolt corporate number and they had no idea where the bus was or when it would arrive. Online tracking app for bus didn't work either. This cost me $200 to take an uber to make my connection. Will never take Bolt again, and I will tell everyone my experience.
Bus half an hour late when we arrived at Seattle wa our transfer bus had already left without incoming passengers because our bus was late she just could not wait we were stranded headed to Seattle airport. Your kind staff member at Seattle wa terminal his name Saiid from Africa told us the bus driver left but he could walk with us over to metro link to catch link to airport for $1 each there were four of us who were left behind . Saiid deserves 5 stars exceptional service as we were lost.
The bus came 30 minutes late, and the arrival time was delayed as well like an hour... and the driver said she was going to stop by for 5 minutes at a gas station but she instead stayed more than 15 minutes when the arrival time was getting delayed. I was so upset about it.
The bus ride in itself was perfectly fine, the bus driver was especially nice. However I almost missed my bus because I looked up my routing number to make sure the bus was running on schedule, it said it was running like two hours behind, it was never updated and I never received any emails or anything telling me about this. Thankfully I got a little worried and went to the stations and caught my bus but the whole this was stupid and I'm only going to use bolt bus from now on because this did not work for me.
