There was no greyhound staff at the station and they were unable to be reached through the phone. All the people at the station who had been expecting this bus with purchased ticket and no indication otherwise were left in the lurch and made to buy an additional ticket but through amtrack to continue the trip. Utterly disgraceful and disappointing
My bus never showed up. I waited at the stop for three hours and ended up having to take three buses to get to seattle. Ended up getting home around 5:30 pm and not the expected 12:35 pm. No one could tell me why my bus didn’t show up.
