The bus stop area in Bridgend is pitch black and very isolated. There needs to be some lighting, or move the stop to the nearby service area. The ticket said to arrive 30 to 45 minutes early yet there is nowhere to park or reasonably drop off. And then the bus was late. The first half of the journey, the bus was very hot. Once there was a switch in drivers and a passenger complained about the heat, they turned it much colder and it felt like the AC was on. Apart from that, it was great! Reasonably priced and convenient.
Good journey. Was told to arrive early on my email. I did this and then bus was late. I was stood in dark bus stop late at night alone for a long period. Maybe not be encourage to arrive so early. Bus was comfy and clean.
