Ebus User Reviews
Ebus has received praise for its professional and communicative drivers, as well as the smoothness of some rides. However, several users have noted issues with bus cleanliness and mechanical problems leading to delays or bus changes. Additionally, there were mentions of non-functioning WiFi and charger ports on certain trips.
It was good, the drivers were polite and professional. The trip was comfortable and the buses where clean. The only comment is, I had to change buses in Kamloops as I got on in Salmon Arm and wish that as passengers caring on to Vancouver that we would of been the first to board to continue on. Most of us when we got off, did not know that we had to enter the building as we all waited outside. Someone came out when the boarding was to start and informed us to line up in the building. So we all where at the back of the lineup from people that had booked to leave from kamloops. A suggestion maybe for connecting is that we are told by drivers into the building and that we can be the first to board when ready.

This was my very first time riding the Ebus. Great start until we had to change buses due to air flow problems. Wasn’t too bad though. Our return trip wasn’t that great. However, the first driver was very professional and had good communication skills. He was constantly keeping us updated on traffic/road conditions accidents etc. And then our trip was delayed by an hour. Not only because of traffic and accidents, but the change over shifts happened. The second driver hadn’t got a break and here we were rushed our 20 minutes break just to sit for another 15-20 minutes more, so the driver got his break. It would have been fine if the first driver who was doing a great job communicating, would have given us a heads up. But whatever I guess. The icing on the cake was having to sit through an hour of two homeless people bickering at each other. “F” bombing the whole time. They didn’t even know each other but some how found a way to get on each other’s nerves. Understandably the driver couldn’t do much as we were already an hour behind schedule. So, here’s my rant. Still gave them 3 stars.

I was sitting a the back and had to twice open the malfunctioning bathroom door to let people out who got stuck in there
