Ontario Northland User Reviews
Ontario Northland receives praise for its friendly and helpful drivers, who ensure timely arrivals at destinations. The buses are noted for their comfort and cleanliness. However, some travelers have reported a lack of Wi-Fi during trips and occasional delays in arrival times. Despite these minor setbacks, the overall travel experience remains positive with regular breaks enhancing long journeys.
both trips to and from North Bay had very courteous drivers who helped us with our luggage and were great drivers. The seats were comfortable for the 4.5 hour journey. The only thing we didn't enjoy that can be easily addressed is the bathroom door on the bus going to North Bay. We sat right in front of the bathroom and the door was kept shut with a zip tie which if the person using the bathroom didn't wrap the zip tie on the handle of the door, the door would open and slam all the time. Other then that we will make that trip again using your service

My experience could have been way better. The bus drivers were all great but the trip was far from comfortable. Some of the passengers from Sudbury to SaultSte Marie were horrid and would bring full luggage on board. Sharing a seat with few I was cramped in a tight area as the one passenger took up not only her seat but also a majority of my seat due to her luggage. As a person with physical disabilities this made the trip more uncomfortable than it should ever be. And even though from Toronto to Sudbury and from Sault Ste. Marie to Fort Frances the trip went a bit better, there still was some issues when it came to seating as there is no options for priority boarding.. I would be willing to pay a small amount more just to have priority boarding as I feel it would help those with disabilities have more comfortable seating. I left behind my forearm crutches as I wanted to make sure other passengers had comfort

The bus driver was very accommodating and friendly and made sure all the passengers were happy before starting to drive. However i did find it cold in the bus
