Ontario Northland User Reviews
Ontario Northland receives praise for courteous and punctual drivers, with many users appreciating the overall travel experience. However, some travelers have encountered challenges during transfers at certain locations like Pearson and HWY 407 due to unclear instructions or lack of guidance regarding connecting buses.
I took a trip from Toronto to Sudbury on the Ontario Northland after a very large snowstorm over the weekend of February 16. I was a little nervous because I walk with a cane and I was travelling alone. The bus driver was very kind helped me up the stairs and with my bags And put everyone at ease with several jokes about his driving. He got us to Sudbury in good time being very careful of the road conditions. He put us all at ease. It was a very good trip. I would recommend using Ontario Northland!

The ride is good! It just a little late in the pick up point.this is my first time to travel so i dont know where i can find my connecting bus going to terminal 1 and i gently ask the driver where i can find the connecting bus “she reply i dont know”it feels like it rude the way she express his words! I find the connecting bus going to terminal 1 and i show my ticket but they don't recognize it they dont have any idea about the connecting ride!so i need to pay again to ride a bus going to terminal 1

Way too many stops. I lost count between Sudbury and the Sault. I understand efficiencies, maximize riders hip.. but that was silly. Co-ordinate central pick up and drop off locations.

The ride was smooth and on time, bother drivers I had were nice. The wifi doesn't seem to work and there's no way to track the bus if it's running late (was 10 minutes late picking me up)

Nothing negative. Trip was quick and convenient

Everything went extremely well. I just wish the seats didn't recline. I was boxed in my seat.
