My first bus driver didn’t know what was going on. Didn’t let people on because he didn’t have their name so people literally missed the bus. Was over an hour late to my destination
Good helpful driver, even though the bus overheated and was delayed trying to get coolant which was difficult to add because of position of the cap. No wifi. Satisfied with journey.
The bus that arrived at the airport was not a RedCoach bus and was over 30 minutes late. No communication was made between the bus company and the passengers which made the entire experience stressful and inconvenient.
Unfortunately the bus broke down, so the trip became a full day of travel. The driver was told by his supervisor to keep on going so we ended up for the second time in the emergency lane of I75 with a speed of 5 miles an hr. Stopping and going at one point fuel fumes were coming inside the bus. When we were in the truck stop before we all advised the driver to stay there and not going back on the road, but according to his supervisor he had to keep on going, I think this was very irresponsible, we were all very concerned, this is not the way to treat your passengers. So we had another grueling ride in order to end up in a gas station of exit 321, there we had to wait for over an hour for the next bus out of Tampa to pick us up. We all did understand that those things can happen but the way it was handled was unacceptable. It was very clear to everybody that there was something seriously wrong with the engine.
The bus was supposed to come at 3:30 am yet no bus ever showed which forced me and my mother to spend our night out on the STREETS. We tried to catch the very next bus which was at 8:45 am yet the bus driver was giving us a hard time. We also called customer service but they were no help because they said that we purchased our ticket through a third company aka Busbud, so they can't do anything to help??? We eventually got on the bus but the overall experience was just unbelievably HORRIBLE.
The emergency hatch blew off, so the bus ride was very cold. The door that holds the baggage compartment closed wouldn't close, so the driver had to duct tape the door closed.
The driver never showed up. They cancelled the bus and I have to sleep in a chair that night!! I cancelled my trip and the company promise a refund that I am still waiting for!
