The driver from Miami to Orlando was rude. The bus was disgusting used napkins empty bottles on floor and on a few seats. In the second leg of the bus te bus broke down and we were kept in the dark on what we were supposed to do and what going to be done. Problem was solved unsatisfactory after a 3 hours and 45 minutes later

Started out in Miami 10 minutes late, it became 25 minutes late, but arrived in Gainesville 2-3 minutes early
I wish there was more communication to us passengers, for instance when we switched busses. The second driver was very helpful in telling us Wi-Fi password, his name, where we were arriving at the stops, but not word on the first bus. We as passengers are kinda in the dark what is happening sometimes

I had an excellent experience with Greyhound. As an elderly person, I had asked for a front seat upon my arrival to the station (to avoid dizziness during the trip). During boarding, the staff and driver were aware of my request and promptly accommodated me accordingly (even after switching buses in Orlando, Fl). Two thumbs up.
