The tier exploded while the bus was on the highway, I've never been startled like that on a bus before.
Good trip, early traffic in Miami, no one's fault. Prefer the reclining seats 7 hours is a tough journey without them.
Bus is fine but seriously greyhound invest in your stations they look abandoned and worn down.
A/C broken and blowing hot air, cab was 85°
Everything was great. It’s understandable sometimes buses are late it’s ok but it was freezing!! Your buses are kept so cold everyone was in blankets and shivering. However both bus drivers were wonderful safe gentlemen.
Horrible experience having to wait for so long outside
Yes the driver was helpful and friendly. “But” the bus itself has issues. It was shaking most of the time, and when it began raining outside, the emergency hatch began leaking water that poured over the seats. Also my air-conditioning unit began leaking water.
First time rider. I was very pleased overall. My only complaint was that the wifi did not work. I will definitely be using this service more often.
The bus driver was very rude and unhelpful. Neither the WiFi, nor the power outlets worked. Also, the bus type was incorrect. I reserved a seat that didn’t have any others adjacent to it, but there weren’t any seats on the bus like this.
The bus driver was incredibly rude and disrespectful to several of the passengers
Bus itself was okay, but started late and arrived even later. Also in the middle of the trip, they asked us to leave the bus for 30 mins, interrupted sleep for no reason.
There was no WiFi
My ticket said that I would be going to the UF commuter lot in Gainesville, and thats where my ride home was, however the bus driver went to the rosa parks bus station and told me he only went to one of the two and told me, "tough luck".
It was very relaxing and driver was very nice
Nice but was late
I had an excellent experience with Greyhound. As an elderly person, I had asked for a front seat upon my arrival to the station (to avoid dizziness during the trip). During boarding, the staff and driver were aware of my request and promptly accommodated me accordingly (even after switching buses in Orlando, Fl). Two thumbs up.
SThe seats were only okay Miami to Ocala but more modern from Okala to Gainesville
Waste to much time in terminals
The drivers and some staff were disrespectful. The only staff that were super nice and helpful was the ones in Gainesville, florida
Sufficiant and timely
Late 4 hour,no info to pasangers at all
Bus was very cold
ticket said 6 hours but the trip took 8
