RedCoach Miami Gainesville recent customer reviews
Started out in Miami 10 minutes late, it became 25 minutes late, but arrived in Gainesville 2-3 minutes early I wish there was more communication to us passengers, for instance when we switched busses. The second driver was very helpful in telling us Wi-Fi password, his name, where we were arriving at the stops, but not word on the first bus. We as passengers are kinda in the dark what is happening sometimes
Seated near the back there was a constant urine smell. Some component on the overhead panel was loose and made a high pitched rattling sound constantly
Me fue bien, lo que mas disfrute es que El bus estaba limpio y lo que no disfrute fue la atencion del conductor, El bus muy frio

Greyhound Miami Gainesville recent customer reviews
Bus is fine but seriously greyhound invest in your stations they look abandoned and worn down.
The bus driver was incredibly rude and disrespectful to several of the passengers
I had an excellent experience with Greyhound. As an elderly person, I had asked for a front seat upon my arrival to the station (to avoid dizziness during the trip). During boarding, the staff and driver were aware of my request and promptly accommodated me accordingly (even after switching buses in Orlando, Fl). Two thumbs up.
