RedCoach Fort Myers Gainesville recent customer reviews
It was a great comfortable trip
Well my bus was 30 minutes late. When it got there a 9:00, it let people off while I waited to get on and then it left at 9:03 leaving me there. I was running behind it waving and it never stopped. So I didn’t ever make it to my stop. I got there early, waited past time it should have been there just to have it leave me. I called customer service and they were no help at all, telling me all they could do was get me on the next bus which was no help because I had to be in Gainesville at 3, the next bus left at 2. I asked if they could give me a credit for another time when I could use the bus and the lady said it wasn’t possible.
Bus was very comfortable and on time. Driver could of been a little friendlier, but definitely will be riding again.
