The long wait at Heathrow where the coach was running late due to traffic. Liked the comfort but just wish the other people on the bus had a bit more respect for others and kept their shoes and socks on and did not lounge over the seats with their feet in the passageway! Otherwise, very polite and helpful driver and clean and comfy coach.

The bus was an hour late arriving but driver tried to make up the time. Unfortunately there were roadworks and although it was 10.00 at night they caused traffic problems.Cannot blame National Express driver but no explanation as to why the bus was late arriving at London Heathrow which would have been nice.He may have, but he spoke very quietly so perhaps didn’t hear.
