The 20minutes delay b4 the arrival of the bus at the sunderland coach station was generally unpalatable, also the wifi wasn't very helpful but generally it was a smooth ride. kudos

It was nice. On the first bus, the AC outlet wasn't working on my seat So a nice guy helped me to charge my phone cos his was working but on the second bus from Leeds to sunderland, the AC outlet worked perfectly.
Drivers were excellent, so very nice and helpful.
