Worst experience ever. There was a leak on the roof of the bus and I spent the whole night bus being hit by drops of water on the head and corpse. The staff didn't help me at all when informed of the problem. I arrived with a wet shirt and sleeping bag at destination, 2.30 hours late and with no sleep. Never again.

We booked and paid our tickets days ahead of time only to find out that the seats that we thought were ours had never been booked. The staff there was very unhelpful in resolving the issue and we were left stranded at the bus station.
