The bus driver was excellent, but the drop off address at Sarasota was old so the bus let me in another location

Eventhough the personal was kind and the bus was in time, the hole experience was not good. The seats on the station are extremely unconfortable. I waited my bus there 2 hours and my back hurted. The coffee machine took my money and didn´t give me the coffee. I wast told I must pay por a Carrion because was my second luggage and there was no place for it inside the bus and then, I had two seats free for me with plenty of space for it, because the bus had few passengers. It was unnecesary to pay. I couldn´t believe the stops where so long in each place! After a 9 hours flight, I had to wait 5 hours to take the bus and then 6 hours to reach Sarasota seemed too much for me.- I hope this will help to improve the service!
