Bus Tickets from Montreal to Pearson Toronto Airport

The bus was on time, the seats were comfortable, and the ride itself was smooth and pleasant. The only negative aspect was the driver’s attitude,he wasn’t particularly friendly or welcoming and seemed to approach the job more out of obligation than with a focus on customer service. That said, I only interacted with him for about 30 seconds, and it didn’t ruin my experience at all. Overall, I still give it 5 stars!

It was smelly and the seats look like they’ve never been washed. Also, I was seating at the row near the toilet, so it was unpleasant. A man locked the toilet’s door with no one inside and instead of letting the driver know and find a solution, he peed in an empty bottle behind my seat while standing up. It was disgusting.

Bus left on time. Reached early at the halfway terminal stop. Second part of the journey was delayed as the driver was late. We reached only 20min later than the estimated time

I got sent 3-4 emails a day of zero use (basically spam) and even though I unsubscribed, I kept getting those emails.

Train was cancelled. But no notification sent. I kept getting updates on phone with my boarding pass. And now a questionnaire on my enjoyment of my cancelled trip!

It was originally scheduled to depart at 4:30 pm. It finally left at 1:30 am the next morning. Not one during the 9 hr delay di anyone at Via keep us posted. The kept rescheduling it every 15 minutes fo 9 hrs every 15 minutes. It was the worst travel experience OI have ever encountered. Not sure why they refused to tell anyone what was happening and they kept lying to people when asked. There were 100's of us in line for 9 hrs
