Bus Tickets from Montreal to Pearson Toronto Airport

The seats were really uncomfortable. Back hurts. The break time was almost 2 hours. Not the cleanest

I was late for 3 minutes so busy gone, I called and talked with customer service about that like can go on next bus but they said i have to pay again almost $200 so I was with 5 months baby so disappointed 😞 I didn't expect that 😔

The bus had an issue with wind shield and had to be replaced by another bus. The driver made a poor judgement by stopping at a location and letting people out when we weren't actually waiting for help to come (she admitted herself) then when finally we decided to go to whitby but took a long time to gather everyone who went to near by convenient store and coffe shop without a timeline to come back by. Then when another bus arrived at whitby whom refuse to take more than 7 passengers despite the room and our driver's request. We witnessed arguments between the two and decided that it's better to find a new transportation ourselves. Many took the train and Ubers to Toronto. We arrived 3 hours later than the bus was supposed to only because I found an alternative transportation myself at my own cost instead of waiting indefinitely.

The service is very nice but we had a 5hour delay and no alternative was given (in the middle of the night)

Via staff where great! The train was 2 and Half hours late. Not happy about that and the excuses they gave. Computer generated responses. The attendant explained it better than the emails I got from Via. We were late so we had to wait for the trains that were on time. He was being honest the Via system was making up excuses. Not happy about that.
