Bus Tickets from Ottawa to Pearson Toronto Airport

Bus was delayed for 300 minutes and I had to cancel it. Had to pay $350 for a ride to Toronto to catch my flight.

Not enough information on the email to find where the stop is. Do not just put Bayshore Mall. Put exactly where to wait. I missed the bus at 6:55 because I was circling the mall looking for the bus. And I could not get thru on the Flix bus intl number because I could not type in my reference number at the same time. I had to write it down, then call again.

Stayed > 9 hours on the bus. No communication about what was happening. Worst bus experience I’ve had.

The bus arrived at my destination, Toronto Union, two hours behind schedule, which caused me to miss my connecting train. Additionally, the check-in process was time-consuming, which caused major delays in boarding. When transfering between buses in Kingston, our second bus' driver was also 30 minutes late. The only positive comment I have is that the second bus, branded as a Megabus bus, was somewhat spacious compared to other buses I've been on.

Ottawa to Kingston was great. Once boarding Kingston bus we sat for an hour before anyone telling us what was going on. Then half an hour for a mechanic. Then another half an hour. No apologies, no updates on when we would arrive, awful experience.

The trip never happened. It was canceled and no email was sent. We didn’t know what happened because they didn’t answer the phone.

Bus was 1:30 h late and we had no ability to know that it was going to be that late

Convenient departure location, clean and comfortable coach. Driver was communicative about stops and ETA.

3 hours delay because of technical problem and no vouchers or refund or even Water!

Driver was courteous. Bus was clean. Seat was comfortable. Driver dealt with a passenger who had a medical emergency when disembarking for a time break in Kingston. Driver stayed calm, contacted emergency services and comforted victim until paramedics arrived. He also liaisoned with Starbuck staff as the emergency ended up on the restaurant property adjacent to the bus lay up at the Harvey’s. Driver kept us informed and as no was going to Scarborough Station or there were no scheduled pick ups, he was able to keep on time. Kudos to him.

Bus was in bad quality. Timing was extremely bad. Bathroom didn’t close. Overall really bad experience

Did not enjoy that the bus had to pullover multiple times to check the doors functionality. The bathroom door on the bus was almost falling off. The bus was just not up to the standard I would expect.

The driver was great!!! Very nice friendly , respectful . No wifi but over all trip was great!

We arrived almost an hour later, there was some traffic at the end but driver was already late. As soon as we left Ottawa we stopped on the side of the road for about 20 minutes. Driver didn't communicate the reason, and despite being behind schedule we still took a break in Kingston. Even when checking tickets he was really slow, felt like he didn't care to be on time

Rider Express have the best drivers. Both the driver going and coming were super and so pleasant. They showed that they care for their passengers. The bus was on time.

They cancelled my trip few hrs before my trip. And send me a message at 2:00 am rediculous

Our trip for 10:00 am was canceled at 2:00 am at night for „unforeseen circumstances“ so we had to scramble to find a new bus with a different company in the morning. Extremely short notice and no alternative trip or customer service available from the company. Extremely dissatisfied.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had! We took a train ride from Ottawa to Toronto between 4 and 8 a.m., and the horn in front of Cabin 5 kept sounding constantly, which was incredibly annoying. I understand the necessity of the horn, but they could definitely take measures such as soundproofing Cabin 5 or providing ear protection for passengers. The train is also delayed by 35 minutes!

The (business ) number one) and the sound of the alarm horn made us uncomfortable. The rest of the services are good.

Enjoyed the train ride but the train arrived Toronto about 45mins later than scheduled Which made me late for work

The driver is very polite and understanding. The ride was very smooth and controlled.

Terrible Bus didn't show up at the location was given, contacted the number no response and then received message later that bus left that location, terrible service not refunded money will definitely take legal action for the problems I faced

Bus never showed up, customer service was rude and offered no solution, had to reverse the transaction through my bank, I couldn't possibly be more dissatisfied. Absolutely avoid using this service.

Our driver was great! Everything was communicated to me as a passenger so I knew what was going on.

I payed for the services us of a bus and was given a van. no email to let me know about the changes. i’m not going to use this service again
