The bus didn’t show up. I was on time, in the right location and ended up stranded. I wasn’t able to show up to work this morning and because of it, I was fired. If I could give negative stars I would.
We lost 1 hr. a the Union Station because the broken system for wheelchair passengers. The bus went to airport and som passengers had to take an alternative transportation to get the on time. The busdriver did all his best however there was no significant assistance from the Union Station terminal personal or the bus line administration. Another disappointing matter - the empty sanitizer in toilet.
The bus was cold and because of the washroom in it, all the bus smelled very bad, I got a headache from the smell of toilet and the temperature was not appropriate

The ac/light panels in the bus were broken. The number of stops were not mentioned in the ticket. The bus stopped at 4 places. There were no water bottles provided. The bus smelled as if it had not been washed for ages. Pathetic experience. Never going to book this operator again!
It’s more than 2.5 hours late than expected time. I miss my connected bus. It’s bad experience for me.
Bus was 30 minutes late, very old and dirty with no wifi and washroom was disgusting

Driver was extremely nice and i would book just for him but the seats were tiny coming from a skinny queen, the guy would not stop manspreading beside me and i couldn’t even eat on the bus.
Rough, left and right, driving not straight and bra king fast. A real roller coaster! Social but too stressing

Service was great, not too happy about the sick girl infront of me coughing and blowing her nose during the entire trip
It was a nice quiet ride but my feet were so cold for 4 hours. I had boots on too.
Non excusable delays due to poor management. For example, train 41 on Nov.08 took off ar 5:55 am and everything went fine, but at the end there was 35 mins delay arriving. Also, 48 train evening had one hour delay at the end all again for stupid resean called feazing rain. Believe me all comes to poor maanagement.
