Bus Tickets from Ottawa to Pearson Toronto Airport (YYZ)

I didn't notice that the date of travel was wrong and I had not even left home yet in Victoria when the ride I paid for was over. I meant for the date to be the 17th. When I tried the contact number, I was kicked off after pressing the selection number and was never able to speak to anyone. Very, very unhappy senior here.

The bus was 45 minutes late and we didn’t get any communication/ update that’s not considerate.

Everything is good except the bathrooms, no water or sanitizer to at least clean my hands thats nasty or me and now your bus…. Also would like to know in advanced the stops i expected a direct trip and didnt know how many stops i was away

It was pretty bad and the bus had a some issue during the journey and wasted more than four hours on the road . Driver didn't explained about the issue and received a mail stating that another bus will be arranged but even after 2and half hours we couldn't get any support. Finally, had to take Uber upto Oshawa from the brakedown site. Thoroughly disappointed and I might have to think twice before selecting megabits in future.

The bus got cancelled. I was not notified of this cancellation although the cancellation had happened 24 hours in advance. I have received no emails or anything regarding refunds or compensation let alone a reason on why this bus was cancelled. Terrible customer service.

First of all, the bus was late to the pickup stop by 40 min. Then, we were driving so slow that we got to our destination 3 hours later than we were supposed to.

There wasn't enough legroom. My knees were stuck and they're hurting. The bus reached destination early which is good and the ride was smooth too.

The experience was not good at all an the bus was 27 minutes late plus it took us 6 hours an 37 minutes to arrive

Cramped uncomfortable seats. Waited near Belleville for an hour for no obvious reason. Late to destination (airport) by 45 minutes

My experience with ONEXBUS was overall very good: booking was easy, the bus was clean and comfortable, the ride was smooth and on time, and the driver was excellent - professional, friendly, helpful with luggage, and safe on the road, which made the journey stress-free. The only weird part was the price: when I went to book it showed $28, but I ended up paying around $41, so I wish the final price including any taxes or fees had been clearer before payment. Even so, I'd recommend ONEXBUS and would travel with them again, and I want to give a special thank-you to the driver for doing a great job.

On time, break time on service center, great price! Just a little noisy and a small paper bag for on side of seat would be more consistent to put small garbage things.

The trip was punctual and the driver was very nice, but the location said 300 instead of 200 in the address which was a little confusing.

Pretty quick trip from Ottawa to Toronto. Driver was good. The seat was not the most comfortable, it's very straight.

I had the most wonderful driver in the entire world; he wore an adorable little fedora. He was so sweet and awesome! The bathroom was locked half the time but he attended to it as soon as he heard.

Failed wifi Trip took 1.5 hour extra Break stop was still half an hour even though we were already late Driver was unfriendly

3 hours delay because of technical problem and no vouchers or refund or even Water!

Driver was courteous. Bus was clean. Seat was comfortable. Driver dealt with a passenger who had a medical emergency when disembarking for a time break in Kingston. Driver stayed calm, contacted emergency services and comforted victim until paramedics arrived. He also liaisoned with Starbuck staff as the emergency ended up on the restaurant property adjacent to the bus lay up at the Harvey’s. Driver kept us informed and as no was going to Scarborough Station or there were no scheduled pick ups, he was able to keep on time. Kudos to him.

Very spatious, charging station and very accommodative driver. Excellent service!

It was a mini bus, and we were expecting a big normal size bus. Inside was clean and comfortable enough, but the AC was blasted on high and even after I asked the driver to turn it down he turned it up again

I didn't travel with them however I did book a trip but no bus showed up. I waited for about 20 minutes and when their agent called me she screamed at me and was very disrespectful. They didn't respect the address stated on the ticket. They had two addresses .

The bus driver made too many stops. Took an 1.5hr extra. None of the stops were scheduled
