Great service , my bus driver Andrew was very friendly and we arrived 10 minutes before schedule which was great !
I was very cold with my 8 month old baby. I have health conditions so the coldness on bus caused me to swell and joints lock up and bones in pain.
The bus driver was really kind and made the ride comfortable and smooth
Bus driver got me there 15min early
I would recommend it to my friends, and family. And I am.
I had a great experience.
Bus driver was so nice, but the seats are so tiny. Anyway, I will use ourbus again
Very comfortable ride. The bathroom was really nice! Thanks!
The bus driver disappeared for a half an hour after stopping unnecessarily at McDonalds.
Such a great service!!! Nice employees, great bus... Will definitely be my first choice to ride from now on.
Ourbus was good. Traffic on the way delayed arrival. Quick check in and departed on time.
No problems, easy.
So far okay
so far so good.
i'm happy gor the compagny
I have used this bus in the past and it was awesome. My dissatisfaction is with the loud, unruly, inconsiderate 2 passengers sitting directly behind me that i had to endure for the entire 3 hour duration of the trip.
Friday evening traffic, not the drivers fault. He was very pleasant ,
i feel good to travel with us maybe the weather made them late
My first ride on Ourbus was frustraiting. I was leaving Binghamton to NYC. The bus was more than an hour late and I had a plane to catch. There was no help and when I did get ahold of someone (email) they thanked me for my inquiry (but were no help). It all worked out well in the end. I decided to try it again for my return to Binghamton and it was perfect. On time, clean, media plugs at each seat and a great driver. I would recommend this line. The price is right too.
It sucks my balls
There was no heat on the bus the enter time. I and the other passengers were freezing. My hands and face were both numb. It was a horrible experience.
Late by 1 hour, bus in very bad condition, rattling all the way
New York Trailways is a good bus service, but every time I use the service an incident always occurs.
Much, much better than a Greyhound experience I had two weeks ago.
The bus arrived on time, but the seats were uncomfortable and the smell of the bus was fowl
I was enjoyed the trip but was disappointed with the destination mixed up
It was ok enough for me to do it again
