Technical Issue- Discrepancy
There were two locations on the confirmation email. The link of the location in the email brought my friend to the wrong location, resulting her to miss her bus. We have both contacted customer service trying to resolve the issue because we were charged only to get a different location, where the bus was not located. I have gotten a reply that did not help resolve the issue and my friend hasn’t gotten a response yet. The person who got back to me claimed it was my fault that my friend missed her bus because the location was stated on the ticket, but the link clearly brought her to a random place in Brooklyn. No one has reached out yet.
I loved my ride, it was smooth and fast. But it was difficult for me to find the bus terminal number bcos it wasn't writing in the ticket. I almost missed my bus time while trying to locate the terminal number
I was very upset that I booked the ticket and it then showed 0 bags and there was no one to call and the ticket was non refundable. Then had to book another ticket directly with the bus co so that bags were allowed. Very upset about this!
I was taking the 4:30pm bus until worker at bus station informed us all greyhound buses was delayed. No bus just driver. So I went back to greyhound customer service. Try to exchange my ticket to trailway so I can get home on time. Trailway Customer service was very pleasant help me with ticket so I was able to take there bus. Return home 15 early very please with trailway clean bus.
Grey hound busdrivers were great but the informational booth in porto authority provided wrong information almost causing us to miss bus and the bus driver at bust stop 81 not greyhound a total jerk.
The Bus was clean. The driver in a proficient manner executed what needed to be said to have a safe comfortable and socially considerate ride in a friendly but responsible manner . It was great ride as most of your rides are . The lateness was due to traffic and the weather. . Got us there safe. Amen
I have used this bus in the past and it was awesome. My dissatisfaction is with the loud, unruly, inconsiderate 2 passengers sitting directly behind me that i had to endure for the entire 3 hour duration of the trip.
My first ride on Ourbus was frustraiting. I was leaving Binghamton to NYC. The bus was more than an hour late and I had a plane to catch. There was no help and when I did get ahold of someone (email) they thanked me for my inquiry (but were no help). It all worked out well in the end.
I decided to try it again for my return to Binghamton and it was perfect. On time, clean, media plugs at each seat and a great driver. I would recommend this line. The price is right too.
I had a ticket for the 1130 am bus. When i got there on time i was told i could not get on that i had to wait for another bus that came about 45 minutes later.
I am from the UK, and the only thing I knew a bout greyhound buses has come from movies, so I was expecting tired old buses full of weirdos... It could not be more different! Bus was in excellent condition, the driver was friendly and helpful, and the seats were clean and appeared freshly upholstered.
A great service all round.
