Try to exchange my ticket to trailway so I can get home on time. Trailway Customer service was very pleasant help me with ticket so I was able to take there bus. Return home 15 early very please with trailway clean bus.
Grey hound busdrivers were great but the informational booth in porto authority provided wrong information almost causing us to miss bus and the bus driver at bust stop 81 not greyhound a total jerk.
The bus arrived on time, but the seats were uncomfortable and the smell of the bus was fowl

Great service , my bus driver Andrew was very friendly and we arrived 10 minutes before schedule which was great !
I was very cold with my 8 month old baby. I have health conditions so the coldness on bus caused me to swell and joints lock up and bones in pain.
According to customer reviews, the bus seats were comfortable and the drivers were courteous and helpful. However, there have been reports of technical issues with discrepancies in location information provided on confirmation emails. Customers have experienced delays and missed buses due to these issues, resulting in frustration with customer service's response.

My seat (almost the only one left) had a piece of metal sticking into my butt, it was an hour delayed, but the driver was great as she tried to make up time by calling for better directions according to traffic.
Technical Issue- Discrepancy There were two locations on the confirmation email. The link of the location in the email brought my friend to the wrong location, resulting her to miss her bus. We have both contacted customer service trying to resolve the issue because we were charged only to get a different location, where the bus was not located. I have gotten a reply that did not help resolve the issue and my friend hasn’t gotten a response yet. The person who got back to me claimed it was my fault that my friend missed her bus because the location was stated on the ticket, but the link clearly brought her to a random place in Brooklyn. No one has reached out yet.
I was very upset that I booked the ticket and it then showed 0 bags and there was no one to call and the ticket was non refundable. Then had to book another ticket directly with the bus co so that bags were allowed. Very upset about this!
