Kevin the bus driver from New York to Buffalo was amazing! He gave passengers clear instructions of what will happen next at the different stops which I found it extremely useful. His mannerisms and friendliness were exceptional!
The bus was not what I expected. It was horrible! The first bus wasn’t working properly; it didn’t have air conditioning, no power plugs, and the driver had to open the roof doors so at least we could breathe! After that the driver to Syracuse didn’t tell us that we were changing buses again; the ladys at the counter told me we were leaving at 5:30pm and another driver told us that he was looking for us because we were leaving at 4:45; we had to run because we almost miss our ride. When we got to Buffalo; the driver said to stay on the bus because we didn’t have to change buses to Toronto. Suddenly he comes back and says that we needed to get off and wait 2 hours for another bus. Finally we got here but I will NEVER recommend this company. The experience was terrible! I am on vacation!
Horrible services and Staff. The bus was scheduled for 12:35 AM at night. When the bus got delayed by 1 hour and people started asking when the bus will arrive. They said it will come in next 20 min. They kept saying the same till 3 AM in the night. After 3 AM people were getting frustrated the start shouting then ground staff left bus terminal. Horrible night that was. kids were crying and Adult people looking for a place so they can sit down. After a lot of verbal fight they at 3:45 AM said the driver is not available and the bus is going to leave in the morning but not sure when. If you need a refund then go to the office and collect. I lost my non- refundable booking charges. for a refund as well they said I waited for 1 hour in queue then they said your bus is going to Canada so we can refund from here and mail your ticket to Dallas office. What the Fuck if you booked online took my money then why can't you refund it. Staff was damm slow and they ruined the night and weekend plan for all of us.
Staff in New York were so rude it was unbelievable, was unnecessary taken from NY to Philadelphia and back again by bus bud but had no where to stay but had to go, tickets were printed wrong, and every bus was remarkably late. It took me 19 hours to make a trip that should of been 9 hours.
On one of the trip from buffalo to niagara, the bus was very untidy. There was garbage everywhere. On the seat and in the floor. But every thing else was okay
I arrived to my transfer 2hrs early and had a 55 minutes layover so the extra 3hrs waiting around was torture and my transfer bus bathroom smelled so bad it made the whole bus stink but I only stayed on the bus for 45 minutes so it didn't last very long
150 people having tickets in the queue, only one bus available, then 5 hours waiting in the floor's terminal with no information when we will have a bus.
