Staff at all stops very unprofessional the last 2 drivers very rude wifi didn’t work horrible experience wish I never purchased round trip cuz I would fly back
Greyhound staff were unprofessional and very rude. New York never checked my ticket in the system and allowed me and my 7 year old daughter on the bus. By the time we got to our first layover in Virginia, we were told it was as if we never had tickets and they couldn’t allow us on the connecting bus at 8:15, instead we had to wait to catch the next one at 12:05 am. Due to this, it messed up my entire schedule with my car rental, my Plans to take my daughter to Disney world today. I was supposed to arrive at 11am now I won’t arrive to 5:45.
There were too many layovers. The busses were crowded and stunk.
This was a terrible experience for me and my daughter.
I am sorry but I would never use greyhound again, I would rather just pay the extra need to fly or get to my destination by another means but it will not be greyhound. They layover wait was very long about five or six hours. I had to change buses too much times I would recommend another way to organized your trips because of this if someone as me "should I take greyhound” my answer will be no.
I was so made for passing 7 hours in Richmond nobody can't give us any information about why we waiting there for 7 hours my schedule was 8:15 i leave Richmond 12:30 am hun no good nobody gonna happy for that and i than i have to catch another bus at Orlando 1:15 today i came 3:45 pm when i go check and points my ticket out they can't find nothing in the computer for today i don't know what happened.
I had a bad trip when I was in Richmond Va this guy that works for the grey hound gave me a attitude and wasn't trying to allow me to get on the bus because I had my dog with me .I showed him the documents that says my dog is a service animal and he still was refusing to let me on the bus. Then the manager on duty said to let me on the bus and he gave me attitude the whole way I asked him can he turn the air conditioning in because there was a elderly lady that asked me to ask him and he said I'm I stupid because it is on which is wasn't it was broken the whole time I really need to speak to someone
The ride was going smoothly until we had to switch buses in Richmond, Virginia. We arrived at approximately 7:15pm and were told that our bus would arrive at 8:15pm. Our bus arrived but it was packed before we were able to make it on the bus. We were told to give them 15 minutes because another bus with the same schedule would be arriving shortly. However, those 15 minutes turned into 4 and a half hours because they could not find a driver. We did not leave the station until around 2 in the morning. Then we were taken to Fayetteville, North Carolina. We arrived at around 7am. Once again we were told to wait 15 minutes for the driver. And once again we had to wait another 3 hours before they were able to get a driver. We paid to arrive at our destination at 11am. We will not be getting there until around 6pm, if that is even the case because our driver will not be taking us to our destination once he reached Jacksonville. When I pay for a service I expect to receive it upon agreement. I am extremely unsatisfied. I hope that your services improve in the future but I will not be using your company anymore for future trips.
No drivers were available at the time of my departure, I lost one full from my planned trip for traveling time. Which made me loss lots of money and time.
The trip was great with time.but the toilet needs to be more up todate intorms of smelling and at least top at two spot to get proper food atleast 20 minutes a trip from ny
Bathroom wasn't cleaned when I first boarded the bus at New York, the bus was way to cold till the point where me and my kids were uncomfortable and the delays was just crazy spending 3 hours in Virginia until another bus came, I will never ever take the buses again
Some of the bus drivers were rude. One of them almost had one of my friends ride the wrong bus when we were tranfering to another . Most driver have a attitude and it is annoying. Never will I spend money to ride Greyhound. my trip was from NY to FL 26hour drive.
