Loved the bus and the drivers were all nice. However, the customer services are very very poor. Firstly, buses were delayed with no proper communication to the customer, something a functional app can fix. I even had to miss a bus because the customer service provider gave me a wrong information. Also had to wait for hours in the cold.
There was no WiFi or charging ports and we arrived almost 3 hours late.
