Have more tissues paper in the toilet 🚽 . Text message to the intending travelers about the bus 🚌 delay in departure times. I had to wait another 45 minutes in the cold ❄️ before my bus came by 11:15pm
The bus driver was very rude, lied about not having a toilet which led to the driver leaving people behind as they went to the toilet when we stopped, swore at us and made the journey unbearable, will not reccomend to family and friends and I personally will not travel again with megabus
My experience on two occasions where not good at all. The bus was very cold throughout the journey and the WiFi was not available to keep my children occupied. They complained the entire journeys.
