Bus Tickets from Port Elizabeth to Cape Town

Very disappointed first time with intercape being late,rude driver from PE no appologees blaming each other

Driver was going fast. Only got the first break at Mosselbay. And using the on-board toilet is not user friendly.

The bus we were in smelled of urine and was 2 hours late, at some point it even got stuck

Nothing was enjoyable, the bus changed departure timings from 18:30 pm to 20:20 pm and ended up being late by 5hrs

I booked for intercity Xpress and on the driver's list my name was not there, but the driver confirmed that it was the right ticked, his only solution was to transfer me another bus and I was not happy about that

The bus was very much late but the drivers were awesome,friendly and they managed to arrive on time

Bus was dirty, toilet stinks to the whole bus and charging areas not working and late with three hours

The bus was clean and the bus drivers were professional. The only issue was that it departed a bit late and reached the destination after the scheduled time.

Toilet was smelling the whole trip and was raining inside. No communication about the delay

We are only leaving now that time I was suppose to be in Cape town and the sad part is that has cost me emotionally and financially because I had to use an uber to get to the station yesterday and I received the communication about the shooting but the fact that I'm only leaving now doesn't sit well with me and I will never use your services ever again because the communication was very poor.

The drivers we very friendly and kind but what I didn’t like is the fact that the bus was late and no form of communication was provided to us as passages for some of us were suppose to be at a job interview in time but missed the interview due to lateness of the bus

The poor communication with us it made everything worse. I booked the bus for 8:30PM and the bus arrived 01 o'clock AM since I was at the station from past 7pm. I will never again use that INTERCITY BUS.

I had to take 2 busses the same day, PE to Caprtown, and backthe same day. the one from Cape town to PE was 1h30 late and when I asked the driver why, he said it's like this.

Driver was quiet the whole time. I was confused if it was break or bro taking a break himself. Very unprofessional.

The bus was 4 hours late, the driver drove 😳 like taxi drivers speeding and had everyone in a frusnting state and when the speeding stopped the bus would make this weird noise from the engine like it was about to stop - so unsafe which reflects their extreme low pricing anyways.

God I wll never take ilula bus even if it’s the last company on earth I wll prefer walking to eastern cape

Buscame to the station 2 hours late and no sms or anything to apologize for that, secondly the speed the driver took everyone was crying on the bus till my sister went to complain with few people who got sick of what he was doing but nothing has changed we just happy we made it out, bear in mind were still in shock of the DMJ bus now this yhoo totally dissapointed

The bus didn't arrive had to sleep at the bus station with a 3 month old baby

I'm very disappointed on greyhound it did not arrive on time on port elizabeth it arrived after 4 hrs and we went back to to take other people who we stuck and we were using another bus i was late for my appointment at cape town that means i waisted money bad service with greyhound

I have enjoyed the trip thanx to the drivers 😊

The bus was clean, punctual and communicated effectively. I might add comfort as well. I was very happy with the overall service.

The ride was nice drivers are vigilant and reliable. Should improve on cleaning services, the toilet in side the bus had a bad smell right from the start of the trip

Bus was clean 👌 Everything was going well as usual with Williams till one of the passengers asked the driver to turn off the aircon around 3.30am ,there after it was horrible , hot , stuffy and smelly .. this doesn't make sense .
