Very very much terr services, when u call u don't get answers and u get individuals that rude when they answer ur call. If u want I can't testify in court
Eagle liner does not care about the safety of their clients as we waited at Port Elizabeth until the following day. The bus was meant to arrive at 20:30 but it only arrived at 01:12 the following day. The drivers kept on saying that an SMS was sent but bare in mind that the SMS did not stipulate how late the bus will arrive it just stated that there is a delay. No one expected the bus to delay until the following day. There are not even plastics provided in the bus to put some trash so definitely the hygiene is not good.
The toilet facilities at the offices are atrocious and insufficient. There was miscommunication between two buses on departure and they had to shuttle 8 passengers to the first bus that had left early because there was not enough space on the second bus. There is no bus stewardess making sure that people are directed to the correct seats and to attend to any issues. The drivers are not stewardesses, they don't have people skills. The aircon was too cold inside the bus.
The drivers were very caring, in Stop they made sure everyone is in the bus before leaving. The last time I was in a caring bus in the new days of DMJ lol. I was worried at 1st but everything went smoothly I didn't hear 1 person complain. I wish they can also have a route to Mthatha I'd use the bus all the time.
Very dissatisfied with the service. Bus arrived late in PE and also arrived late in Cape Town. Driver was very rude as well. Toilets were filthy. Very Disappointed.
I love intercape they have the most comfortable buses to travel and I’m always using intercape when I travel but this time the staff was unfriendly and they had attitude, they weren’t helpful at all.
Staff is unprofessional. Toilet is broken no toilet paper. Skips stops when i asked when are we going to stop at a shop i meed water he started shouting at me and telling me he doesn't care. I am a diabetic so water and food is a must for me. I did not bring anything with me as i always ride with intercape so i know where the stops are. The first stop was only in mosselbay. From Port Elizabeth to mosselbay is half the trip. So im not very happy
I had a great experience with them and i enjoyed the music kept us company all the way. The drivers were very polite and alerted us on each stop and later came around to check if every passenger is back on board befire departing...
Intercape is a good bus service as I normally travel with them, but today's trip was not good at all, we waited 5 hours in PE because of a Tyre burst, then again right after Caledon there was no diesel, for a bus that was scheduled 18:50 and arriving 06:30,we're still on our way to Cape Town and the time is currently 10:40
Worst seating... Too narrow & broken seats, straight sitting, No TV, No Warmness, too much Noisy... 1 Driver is too rude... never respects anyone, opened window in middle of night, refused to close it... it was too cold whole night. Bus is Unfit to be on Roads. Scared if accidents happens, we may stranded on road at dark cold night. I never seen any bus like this in last 20 years. Overall worstest experience in my life. Even I was scared is this bus takes me & other passengers safe to cape Town. I wish my money is refunded back. Thank God I am Safe !
I waited for over an hour for the bus to arrive & received no updates of its whereabouts from staff. Furthermore, the bus is infested with cockroaches (Health hazzard).
Was m first time. Not bad but could improve on time because what if I was going for an interview. Which is the case but luckily I booked a day earlier.
The seats need to be fixed, some are forward reclined and mine was like that I couldn't relax all the way because my head was bent forward and I couldn't move to any other seat because others had the same problem and some were occupied
I’ve never been so disappointed with the staff, the professionalism is going down hill for intercape staff. We waited for the bus on the cold and it came late. The staff never bothered to explain why and it reached its destination 2 hours late with no apology still...
This was not a good experience for my 82 year old mother, with the bus breakdown in Plett and the 4hr delay in waiting and arrival at destination. I will not be using the return booking. I will also not be booking with Intercape again.
I'm very disappointed on greyhound it did not arrive on time on port elizabeth it arrived after 4 hrs and we went back to to take other people who we stuck and we were using another bus i was late for my appointment at cape town that means i waisted money bad service with greyhound
Terrible service entirely. 😑 we informed at 18h50 about the 2 hours delay. That is the time the is supposed to leave. Bus obviously arriving late in CT. Ran out of diesel. Worst service.
The bus came little bit later but we even more early to arrive to Cape Town!! The divers can be very good in organizing or arranging time with people!! They wanted to find out to passage about their station and so that they can't stop at any station there will be no people need to go out !!lastly the point the station that the passages will take 15 min for break I really like that one that that is the reason for the bus to be in time even if there was a lil delay to be in time in Port Elizabeth.
They were late and had no explanation. On arrival in Cape Town they had ample time but drove slowly in approaching Somerset West but we were made late but the traffic of peak hour which could have been avoided
