The restaurant at the Albany station was closed so I was left without food for a bit too long. I was disappointed about this as I had planned my trip around that being my lunch. Our bus was delayed for a while due to border issues and by the time we got to Montréal I was feeling sick from lack of food. We did stop at the Dunkin's in Plattsburgh, so thanks to our driver for that!

Could not get in touch with anyone to make sure that the bus was arriving on time and would like to know if there is an alternate location other than the Rutherford location on route 17 to Montreal something closer to Clifton New Jersey

The bus did not pick us up at the stop, it drove by without even slowing down. They are not refunding tickets by default either, we're still waiting on the response to our request. We had to make arrangements with another company to get home.

Always late every time i take it. I understand it leaves from ny, but to get to ridgewood, which i came to the bus station 30 minutes early, it always take way more time than what it says. I was so cold and i waited outside for so long.
