My bus was late and overbooked. They don’t answer their phones. I waited in the cold for hours and every bus was late and at capacity.
The driver didn’t show up until 6:27am for a bus meant to leave at 6am! Absolute MESS!!!

My trip was scheduled to start at 1:45 am but the bus did not come on time and I had to take the bus at 3:15 am, which was not good. I felt terrible.
Horrible. The driver harassed us the entire time and refused to drive us to our location at the end so we had to switch buses. Will never ride Greyhound again.
