Night bus from BA TO Mendoza. A lot more comfortable than expected big seats lots of legroom. Thought we may get a snack and a drink but got 2 full meals. Bus even arrived in Mendoza an hour ahead of schedule. Would definitely be happy to use this company/route again.
Bis left exactly on time. Staff were excellent. Food and wine was a nice touch, not spectacular but sufficient and the best yet I have had on multiple long bus trips.
Extremely clean bus. Highly recommended.
The bus did not show up before an 1 later than scheduled. And arrived over 2 hours later at arrival. Booked a direkte bus in the hope that it would go straight, but No, several stoppes on the way.
The staff woke me up during the night several time just to tell which stop er were at now, even i had told them that i was going all the way to the final destination. So it is litterly imposible to get some sleep.
The staff also expected tips for loading and giving back my backpacking, so rude, handling the bags MUST be includes in the price.
The bus was not compy, the seats were hard to seat on, and only declined a bit, nothing semi cama over that.
The snacks provided was good.
Seats comfortable with plenty of room but this was first long bus trip in Argentina so unaware there were no scheduled food stops - only stopping to pick up/drop passengers. Occasional vendors but not every stop.
The bus didn't turn up and we waited in the station for five hours. Staff were no help at all and eventually, we gave up, paid for an additional night in our hotel and booked a plane ticket for the next day.
Would not book this company again, reclining seat was broken...kept popping back up making it difficult to sleep. We booked executive seats and the food was terrible and the tv barely worked. Outlets also didnt charge. But was very hot and the bathroom was dirty.
The staff was very lovely. I was happy with cena but not breakfast. I would have liked something more other than a sugary alfajor. I also was not happy with my leg room. I have been on other buses with more room and wasn't expecting to be so cramped.
The bus was on time and clean and that's what counts most. Seats were also pretty good. Only the on-board service was less than what I am used to in Argentina. It was really cold in the lower part of the bus, food was served in sloppy way and very late. No coffee (or anything to drink) was served with breakfast.
terrible service, the bus was ice cream and never gave anything to eat, they did not stop for people to go down to eat something, it was 13 hrs of travel, the driver listened to loud music waking up people
My seat was extremely uncomfortable. The padding was so worn in that it didn’t absorb any of the bumps and it felt like I was sliding off. I arrived in Mendoza with a sore neck and no sleep. I have had much better buses with other companies
When booking the bus I chose this option as it seemed great value and claimed to do refreshments on board, which was great for a 16.5 hour bus journey. However, we didn’t get any refreshments at all and only stopped when letting people on or off, I had less than 5 mins to grab a coffee. My seat at the top back of the coach was very noisy from the engine and water was leaking above my seat for part of the journey. The seats themselves were fine, reclined and had a leg rest. There was also a toilet on board.
The departure was chaotic, with no announcement on the departureboard. The name on the side of the bus was that of a different company. The meal was worse than airline food. There were no blankets and a number of passengers were complaining of having to spend an uncomfortable night owing to the air conditioning being too cold. The bus was an hour late leaving Buenos Aires and three hours late arriving in Medoza. There was no obvious reason for the delay except that the bus company advertises a timetable for an express service but then stops frequently.
I never once saw a staff member once I was on the bus. I paid the upgrade which stated I would get a meal as well as entertainment which there were none of either. The bus also arrived an hour and a half later than scheduled. A really bad experience.
Really impressed with the service. Super friendly staff, waited for us when we had issues with our ticket and couldn’t belive the value for money!! Will definitely be traveling with them the remainder or our trip.

Assentos desconfortáveis, não eram semi camas, não tinha internet, nem tv para muitas horas de viagem. Funcionários mal educados e não foram prestativos. Banheiro sujo!
Bus was perfectly on time and made Mendoza on time. The staff took our baggage and stored it safely, the were all friendly. The bus was warm when we boarded at 8:45pm but as night fell it got very cold and the bus was not heated. We had to wrap up well. The toilet could be a lot cleaner.
